If you received a .zip file open it first to extract the contents
You will have two files; one that ends with .app and one that ends with .mobileprovision
Open iTunes
Drag the .app & .mobileprovision files to the left hand column of the iTunes window

GOOD: Grab ID from iTunes
A) Connect your iPhone/iPod Touch to your computer if it isn’t already connected
B) Launch iTunes
C) Click on the text “Serial Number:” in the “iPhone” section of the Summary tab.
D) The serial number will be replaced with the Identifier.
E) Open Grab (or any other screenshot utility) and capture the 40 digit Identifier.
